Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake interviews and assessments to gather psychosocial data from clients and relevant parties, ensuring a holistic understanding of their needs.

• Utilize the mental health recovery model in your clinical practice, integrating recovery principles into all aspects of care to empower clients in their journey to well-being.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review tailored crisis and treatment plans in partnership with clients, emphasizing their strengths and preferences.

• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams—including physicians and other mental health professionals—to coordinate comprehensive care and support for patients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress, treatment goals, and assessments, utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems as required.

• Provide evidence-based counseling services, focusing on areas such as grief, relationship issues, and addiction, with attention to individualized client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Our patient population often experiences issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral problems. The counselor will play a pivotal role in providing guidance, support, and therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve their personal mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
