Change Management & Org Development Lead

Cleveland State University is seeking a Change Management & Organizational Development Administrator to lead workforce transformation and learning initiatives on Main Campus. The role designs and implements strategies to enhance employee engagement, leadership capability, and institutional performance, while guiding HR-driven change across departments.
