Manager of Revenue Cycle Analytics

Leading a cross-functional team, the full-time remote Manager of Revenue Cycle Analytics will oversee reporting, data engineering, and process automation initiatives to enhance hospital billing operations and drive measurable financial impact. Key responsibilities Manage and develop a team of analysts and developers, setting goals aligned with revenue cycle KPIs Oversee the design and delivery of dashboards and reports that support billing and revenue cycle performance Own the intake and delivery of RPA automation opportunities, ensuring compliance and effectiveness of automated solutions Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; Master's Degree preferred Minimum of 5 years of management experience in analytics engineering or a similar role Strong programming and data analysis skills, including SQL and Python Experience with cloud data platforms and modern data transformation approaches Familiarity with hospital revenue cycle concepts and experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau
