Our connected solutions provide fleets with real-time visibility into trailer health, location, cargo status, and operational performance, helping customers improve safety, maximize uptime, and make smarter business decisions. We're looking for a Technical Support Specialist who enjoys solving technical problems and delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, installers, and field technicians, helping them successfully deploy and support Phillips Connect's smart trailer technology. What You'll Do Provide technical support via phone, email, and support ticketing systems for Phillips Connect solutions. Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and installation issues using established support procedures. Guide customers and field technicians through product installation, activation, configuration, and testing. Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions within CRM and support systems. Escalate complex technical issues to Engineering or other internal teams while ensuring complete documentation. Manage assigned support cases through resolution while providing timely customer follow-up. Help improve technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and support resources. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED; technical certification or related coursework is a plus. 1-3 years of experience in technical support, customer service, or another customer-facing technical role. Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. What Helps You Stand Out Experience supporting connected hardware or IoT devices. Background in telematics, transportation, fleet technology, or automotive industries. Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM/support platforms.
