Director, Manufacturing and Operations Management. Leads and coordinates teams and processes across multiple manufacturing areas within a single plant to ensure efficient production operations and resource management. This role is on-site in Fort Worth, Texas. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate teams and processes across Production Engineering, Manufacturing Process Development, Production Operations, Production Planning/Control, and Manufacturing Materials Supply. Ensure alignment with business objectives and drive operational excellence by maintaining a well‑trained, optimized labor workforce. Oversee efficient production operations and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Foster a culture of excellence by leading performance management, driving talent development, ensuring positive associate relations, enhancing engagement, recognizing achievements, and driving a strong safety culture. Ensure all associates adhere to Good Practice (GxP) regulations, strictly following SOPs, maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required training. Lead strategic planning, cross‑functional collaboration, problem‑solving, and effective communication to achieve operational efficiency and contribute to the company’s success. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; reference states 18 years of experience for high school equivalent, 14 for associate, 7 for MS, 6 for PhD. Must be fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking). 10+ years relevant experience; 6+ years demonstrated leadership. Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
