The National Council of Young Men’s Christian Associations of the United States of America is looking for an Associate Executive Director to lead the Outdoor Education Center's operations. This role focuses on strategic leadership for programs including Camps and Family & Enrichment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of management experience, and YMCA certification. Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to the YMCA mission are essential.
