This position requires hands-on aluminum MIG and TIG welding experience, the ability to follow blueprints and specifications, and a strong focus on weld quality, fit, and finish.Welder/Fabricator - Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum components and assembliesRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specificationsMeasure, cut, fit, position, and align aluminum materials before weldingPrepare aluminum surfaces and materials for weldingFabricate components and assemblies to meet required dimensions and specificationsInspect completed welds for defects, consistency, and proper penetrationAdjust welding settings based on material thickness and job requirementsUse hand tools and measuring equipment to verify dimensions and fitMaintain welding equipment and keep the work area clean and organizedFollow established safety procedures and quality standardsWork with the production team to meet manufacturing goalsWork overtime as needed to meet production demandsWelder/Fabricator - Additional QualificationsExperience fabricating aluminum frames, tubing, or structural components preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable attendance and a strong work ethicAbility to stand for extended periods and perform physical manufacturing workWillingness to work overtime as production requires#MG1TRINITY EMPLOYMENT SPECIALISTS IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYERCheck out our Google reviews and connect with us on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and X/Twitter.
