Welder - 1st Shift - Full Time
$24.5 per hourStand-By Personnel
Shift: Day Shift - Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM-3:30 PM
Overtime: We are seeking an experienced Fitter Welder to join a manufacturing team that assembles and welds pole sections together. The Fitter Welder must have strong fabrication skills and experience in heavy manufacturing environments.
Minimum 2 years of welding experience
Minimum 3 years of heavy manufacturing experience
Use and read welding measuring devices including squares, levels, and tape measures
Plan layout, assembly, and welding procedures
Bolt, clamp, and tack-weld parts into position
Set up and weld using Arc, Gas-Shielded Arc, or Gas Welding equipment
Assemble parts by bolting when required
Operate fabrication equipment such as plate rollers, cutting machines, and cutting torches
Maintain accountability for tools and equipment provided
Follow all ISO Quality Program procedures, safety regulations, and environmental policies
