JOB DESCRIPTION

Our ideal Business Development Executive must have the desire, commitment, ethics, skills, and be dependable. You will be responsible for the following: Acquiring new accounts by cold calling, developing, and pursuing leads in market segments served by BBB Calling developed contacts within assigned region to generate account leads and develop business relationships Using extensive business databases, directories, industry websites, and other sources to continually build new prospect pipeline Conducting all account building activities from prospecting, to qualifying, to closing business accreditations over the phone in the office Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm Job Requirements: 2 years of working in a sales environment Willingness to uphold BBB Standards of Trust and Core Values Adhere to all company presentation guidelines and policies Deliver presentations via telephone in a friendly, professional and confident manner Strong communication and relationship building skillsMust have the ability and desire to close accounts. Previous experience of lead generation and cold calling a plus Exemplary attendance, promptness, time management, and attention to detail Participation as a team player BBB Serving North Central Texas, a not-for-profit organization, is looking for an ambitious and confident individual to join its Business Development team.
