Position Summary

Builds and manages the network of provider agreements and subcontracted specialists needed to meet contract staffing capacity, and leads recruitment strategy for medical record reviewers.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage provider agreements or subcontractor relationships for medical record reviewers and consultative examination specialists across all required specialties.
• Develop and execute a medical record reviewer recruitment strategy to ensure reviews can consistently be completed within the required 2-hour turnaround.
• Prepare tentative provider agreement templates ready for execution upon contract award, or fully executed agreements where available.
• Maintain staffing capacity plans covering full-time employees, subcontracted providers, and provider-agreement specialists (both child and adult examiners).

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, human resources, or related field.
• Experience recruiting and contracting clinical providers or specialists.
• Strong network-development and contract negotiation skills.
