Overview Registered Nurse – Long Term Care (LTC) in Keene, New Hampshire. This travel, temporary assignment starts 09/07/2026 for 8 weeks in a skilled nursing facility setting. Weekly pay ranges from $1,209 to $1,263 per week, with guaranteed hours of 32 per week. Shift: 5x8 Nights (11:00 PM–7:30 AM). Local candidates only. Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately. Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Provide wound care and maintain safety and infection control standards. Respond to patient and family questions, and educate on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans. Ensure timely nursing documentation and incident reporting in the electronic health record.
