Western Union is seeking an Analyst, Implementation & Integration to support the successful delivery of bill payment and biller onboarding initiatives. This role partners closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and technical teams to coordinate the implementation of new billers, enhancements, and maintenance projects, translating technical requirements into actionable items. The ideal candidate combines strong project management capabilities with the ability to understand technical integrations and communicate effectively with both business and technology stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end implementation projects for new billers, biller maintenance requests, and enhancement initiatives. Facilitate project intake, discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and implementation planning. Create and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependency tracking. Develop clear business requirements, process flows, implementation documentation, and statements of work. Coordinate cross-functional activities across Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, and external partners. Support API-based, real time, and batch-file integrations by ensuring requirements, dependencies, testing activities, and deliverables are clearly defined. Coordinate testing activities, issue resolution, production readiness reviews, and implementation validation with internal and external stakeholders. Monitor project health and proactively identify risks, delays, and mitigation plans. Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development teams. Support launch planning, implementation activities, testing coordination, post-launch validation, and implementation stabilization. . Participate in transitional projects as required. Contribute to process improvements and implementation standardization initiatives. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience supporting implementation, Project Management, Business Analysis, integration delivery, partner onboarding or related functions. Experience supporting technical projects involving APIs, integrations, or external partner onboarding. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience creating project plans, business requirements, implementation documentation, or SOWs. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Payments, Financial Services, Banking, FinTech, or Transaction Processing. Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies. Exposure to Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow. Experience coordinating testing activities, implementation launches, and stakeholder communications across multiple workstreams. PMI CAPM, PMI PMP, or related project management certifications. Experience working with third-party integrations and client implementations. What Success Looks Like Projects are delivered on schedule and within scope. Requirements are clearly documented and understood by all stakeholders. Risks and dependencies are proactively identified and managed. Strong relationships are maintained with clients, partners, and internal teams. New payment integrations launch successfully and support business growth.
