What You'll Do

• Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, and educational needs within scope of practice
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and coordinate care
• Administer medications and provide medication management
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and safety protocols
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and care in electronic medical records
• Teach patients and families about health conditions and wellness strategies
• Support treatment activities including wound care, pain management, and equipment operation

What You Need

• Valid Oregon RN license
• At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in behavioral health
• Strong critical thinking and patient care skills
• Effective communication skills in English
• Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and work in a team environment
