What You'll Do

• Apply nursing process within Oregon State Board of Nursing guidelines to provide patient care in emergency settings
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, making prompt interventions as needed
• Educate patients and their families about ongoing care and procedures
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in medical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless patient care
• Support crisis management and emergency procedures in a fast-paced ER environment

What You Need

• Required:
• Valid Oregon RN license
• At least 1 year of ER or critical care nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Preferred:
• Experience in trauma or high-acuity settings
• Ability to work night shifts effectively
