Job Title: Real Estate Services Coordinator Job Description

The Real Estate Services Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for tenants, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of a commercial property. This role is responsible for managing tenant communications, coordinating building-related requests, supporting tenant move-ins and move-outs, and working closely with security, janitorial, and engineering teams to address property needs. The Coordinator monitors and redistributes work orders, maintains schedules and calendars, and assists with general office operations while ensuring timely and professional responses to tenant inquiries.

• Respond to tenant emails promptly and professionally, providing outstanding customer service.
• Coordinate and track tenant requests, adding appointments and activities to property calendars as needed.
• Support tenant move-in and move-out processes, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Review, manage, and redistribute work orders to appropriate teams for resolution.
• Collaborate with security, janitorial, and engineering teams to address building-related issues and service requests.
• Answer incoming phone calls and escalate concerns to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support for property management operations.
• Serve as a primary resource within the building management office for tenant and operational needs.

• Real estate and property management experience.
• 2+ years of customer service or property management experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to follow processes and provide excellent customer service.

• Accounting experience is preferred.
• Work order system experience is preferred.
• Commercial property experience is ideal.
• Familiarity with accounting software like Yardi or Oracle.
• Preferred associate's degree.

This is an on-site opportunity, part of a 3-member team, with work hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. There is potential for the position to be extended.

This is a Contract position based out of San Francisco, CA.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in San Francisco,CA.
