About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Service Line Development to spearhead the strategic growth and optimization of enterprise service lines. This executive will be instrumental in diversifying revenue, expanding market share, and enhancing the integrated healthcare ecosystem. The role is focused on the end-to-end process of service line development, from identifying and designing new offerings to launching, scaling, and optimizing them. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare leadership, with a proven track record in launching new services, and will be adept at building and leading cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include owning the growth strategy, executing plans to build new revenue streams, and partnering with various stakeholders to ensure the success of the service lines. Applicants for the Vice President of Service Line Development position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of healthcare leadership experience, with at least 5 years' in multi-site or service line leadership. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA, MHA, or MPH, and additional certifications such as FACHE, Lean Six Sigma, or PMP. The role demands a candidate who is a strategic thinker, capable of turning growth ideas into operational business models, and who can effectively manage the service line lifecycle. The successful candidate will be a builder, not a maintainer, and must be comfortable with the clear ownership model that separates growth, execution, and clinical outcomes.
