Strategic Land Acquisition Manager

Pulte Home Company, LLC

PulteGroup is seeking a Land Acquisition professional in Columbia, SC to identify land for development and build a network with developers, brokers, and landowners. You will analyze markets, values, and feasibility to support acquisitions.

Ideal candidates have a university degree or equivalent and 2–4 years of relevant experience, with strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to work independently.
