Equipment Operators / Material Handlers

$16.20 - $18.00/HR (DOE) - Paid Weekly

Shifts: Openings are Shift specific

• Sunday-Wednesday | 8:00 AM - 7:30 PM

• Wednesday-Saturday | 8:00 AM - 7:30 PM

We are hiring experienced Equipment Operators / Material Handlers for a busy warehouse facility in Indianapolis, IN. Candidates must have experience operating multiple types of warehouse equipment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Equipment Levels & Pay

• EQ1: $16.20/HR

• EQ2: $17.10/HR

• EQ3: $18.00/HR

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, and stack merchandise onto pallets, racks, or warehouse floors

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment throughout the facility

• Use RF scanners for inventory tracking and product movement

• Wrap pallets and apply shipment labels

• Organize and separate freight according to warehouse locations and shipping instructions

• Transport products throughout the warehouse as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Required Experience

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience preferred

• Must have experience operating:

• Electric Pallet Jack Rider

• Stand-Up Forklift

• Reach Truck

• Ability to read and understand freight and shipping instructions

• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and product handling

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Candidates must be comfortable operating multiple types of warehouse equipment throughout their shift. Experience with all listed equipment is required.
