The Opportunity

The firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralega Litigation Paralegal

l to join a tight-knit personal injury team. You’ll work directly with three senior PI attorneys, taking real ownership of matters from intake through resolution. Attorneys here hand off files and trust you to run with them — there’s no micromanagement, no step-by-step hand-holding. What You’ll Do

• Manage personal injury cases independently from intake through resolution, driving matters forward with minimal oversight
• Support three senior PI attorneys across slip-and-fall, motor vehicle, and construction accident case types
• Draft, organize, and manage litigation documents, correspondence, and court filings throughout the case lifecycle
• Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and medical providers to keep cases moving on schedule
• Proactively track deadlines and anticipate next steps to minimize last-minute crunches
• Collaborate with a collegial support staff team that shares information freely and helps each other succeed
• Utilize firm technology including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), iManage (document management), PDF tools, and Tabs (billing) — training provided on firm-specific systems

What We’re Looking For

Required

• 3–5+ years of paralegal experience, with a strong background in personal injury litigation
• Plaintiff-side PI experience strongly preferred (vs. insurance/defense-side)
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently with minimal oversight
• Tenure of 3+ years at a single firm (job-hopping history is a disqualifier)
• Currently employed as a paralegal with no significant recent gaps
• Local to Portland, OR and able to commute to the downtown office daily
• Comfortable with a monthly pay schedule

Skills & Tools

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and PDF tools
• Familiarity with litigation processes, court filings, and deadline management
• Experience with document management systems (iManage experience a plus)

Note on Parking

Building parking is not covered by the firm. Street and garage parking in the area typically runs approximately $300/month. The office is well-served by TriMet transit if that’s an option for your commute.
