Adult Outpatient Psychiatrist Hybrid Locum to Permanent Job San Francisco Bay Area, California

Position Highlights:
Adult outpatient psychiatry with a well established community mental health organization
Hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
No call responsibilities
Start ASAP with ongoing coverage needs
Minimum commitment of 3 to 6 months with the option to transition to a permanent position

Practice Details:
Provide psychiatric care for adults with moderate to severe mental illness (SMI)
Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, medication management, and treatment planning
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to support patient outcomes
Document treatment plans, medication monitoring, and patient progress

Requirements:
Active California medical license with no restrictions
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
Current unrestricted DEA
Current CPR certification
Experience treating adult SMI populations required

Compensation:
Permanent salary range: $325,000 to $360,000 annually
