We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to support the production of precision tooling, dies, and machined components for manufacturers across the country. Responsibilities * Set up and operate a variety of CNC milling machines, including Okuma, Makino, and similar equipment. * Set up, program, and operate CNC lathes. * Produce high-quality machined components while maintaining efficiency and accuracy. * Work closely with department leadership to meet production schedules and throughput goals. * Support Toolmakers and fellow machinists with tooling and machining projects. * Perform routine equipment maintenance and assist with special projects as needed. * Follow all quality, safety, and operational procedures. * Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with team members and leadership. * Work within an ISO 9001-certified quality management system. Qualifications * Minimum of 3 years of CNC machining experience. * Experience with CNC mills and lathes, including setup and programming. * Background in tooling, metal stamping dies, or metalworking is highly preferred. * Strong blueprint reading, mathematical, and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment. * Flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends as needed.
