General Manager of Container Yard/Terminal
CIMC World Lianda Container Logistics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.
- Bachelor's degree or above, with experience in the logistics industry;
- Good image, outgoing personality, in line with CIMC's values requirements;
- More than five years of management experience, possessing excellent team management skills;
- Clear thinking, excellent communication and coordination skills, possessing excellent customer development and maintenance abilities;
- Strong ability to withstand pressure, able to face difficulties, result oriented, and possessing a good risk prevention awareness;
- Familiar with the local situation in Vietnam, English or Vietnamese proficiency is preferred. 1、Fully responsible for the management of Vietnam's coastal defense stations and achieving annual goals；
- Maintain good relationships with contracted clients, continuously develop new clients, and expand business volume；
- Responsible for the daily management of the station, continuously improving per capita efficiency, service quality, and logistics efficiency；
- Responsible for the safety and civilized management of the station；
- Pay close attention to changes in the internal and external environment, provide a basis for company decision-making, and timely develop new businesses.
