Sr. Second Officer Safety (1st Officer)

Minimum requirements:

• Hands On mentality

• Eye for quality and excellence

• Proven leadership abilities and communication skills

• Strong organizational and computer skills

• Fluent command of English

• Work experience on passenger ships

• Seaman's book

• Certificates:

➢ Certificate of Competency OOW (A-II/1)

➢ Basic Safety Training

➢ GMDSS

➢ Passenger Ship Safety

➢ Proficiency in Survival craft and Rescue Boats

➢ Advanced Fire Fighting

➢ Advanced Medical Care

➢ Security Awareness Training for Seafarers with Designated

➢ ECDIS

What we offer:

• Monthly basic salary transferred to a bank account of choice

• Tip equally shared through all crew members

• Rotation: 3 months on board 3 months at home

• Insurance: coverage by private insurance company - Allianz.

• Contract is on seasonal basis; paid only while on board

• Travel policy: travel is arranged by Company from nearest airport to your home city till port of

embarkation

• Internet on board

• Refund for obtaining pre-joining GCCL Medical report as well as test on Alcohol & Drugs

• Refund for visa application if applicable

• Please note that all contracts issued are Cayman seafarer contracts;
