Seeking Independent Contractors to Perform Insurance Property Inspections Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys. This is a great opportunity for full‑time or part‑time work. Our contractors survey both residential and commercial properties. The survey includes taking photos of the property, obtaining property details and overall conditions, providing reports in a timely manner and submitting a report online. All survey reports must be submitted via PC or desktop, including attachments. Responsibilities Survey residential and commercial properties. Take photos of the property. Obtain property details and overall conditions. Provide reports in a timely manner. Submit reports online via PC/Desktop with attachments. Qualifications Reliable car to drive to inspections. Microsoft Windows 10 or newer operating system on PC. Smartphone or digital camera. Reliable home internet. Basic computer and communication skills.
