Senior Analyst, Business Operations

The Senior Analyst, Business Operations supports the development of executive-level presentations and storytelling. The core of the work is helping synthesize marketplace context, business performance, and growth priorities into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership. Ideal Profile Excellent written and verbal communicator who can craft a compelling story from data. Analytically strong, but wired to think about the so what – not just the numbers. Deep familiarity with the media industry, especially ad‑supported TV and streaming. High attention to detail paired with strong editorial judgment. Experience 3-5 years in media or related field, with experience in ad sales, business operations, analytics, or strategic planning preferred. Demonstrated ability to support and contribute to cross‑functional projects within a large & matrixed organization. Experience collaborating with colleagues across departments, supporting delivery against target timelines. Required Skills Strong understanding of media math, addressable advertising, and the distribution platform landscape. Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to clearly convey insights to leadership and stakeholders. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize data and contribute actionable insights and recommendations. Skilled at translating data into powerful stories via advanced PowerPoint or Keynote. Adept technical/functional experience in Excel. Ability to leverage AI for automating tasks, improving workflow efficiency, and enhancing decision‑making processes. Ability to work effectively within a complex, matrixed organization. Relentless curiosity, flexibility and willingness to challenge the status quo. Able to work comfortably & confidently under pressure and aggressive deadlines.
