Senior Business Process Analyst

Responsibilities Analyze traditional business processes and the capabilities of the Pacific Life technology stack to identify how to solve problems in simple and innovative ways. Develop and implement business processes that are designed with the goal of a $1 Billion business in mind, supporting the ability to scale and evolve over time. Advocate for business needs and develop deep knowledge of why technology and process decisions are made. Stay current on the latest digital technologies and trends, and make recommendations for their implementation within the division. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement new systems and processes. Develop and implement testing plans to understand and evaluate new processes and tools. Monitor and measure the success of digital transformation initiatives and adjust as needed. Communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure that solutions meet their needs. Participate in planning and work with Architects to understand enabler related work. Requirements Workforce benefits experience is required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in support and analysis roles. Strong desire to participate in building Agile Product Management within a start‑up, growth business within a large organization. Demonstrated ability to support third‑party implementations and testing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with project management and implementation of digital solutions.
