Senior Process Analyst

Support global deployment of Plan and Source capabilities within the Transcend SAP S/4HANA program Implement the predefined global Procure-to-Pay process template across regions and business units Ensure compliance with industry regulations and SAP standards Collaborate with Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial Execution, IT, Validation, and Quality Assurance teams Act as a primary functional escalation point for Procure-to-Pay topics Partner with system integrators and satellite system owners on compliant, auditable, sustainable integrations Support solution design, configuration reviews, data migration validation, testing strategy, and business process walkthroughs Supervise and support functional testing, validation, and hypercare activities Support creation and delivery of training materials and process documentation Resolve issues and incorporate lessons learned into continuous improvement of the global template Requirements University degree or equivalent experience in Quality, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field Minimum 4 years of proven experience Extensive experience in planning and/or procurement processes within GxP-regulated manufacturing environments Strong functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA planning and procurement workflows Confirmed experience leading or supporting SAP implementations subject to Computer System Validation (CSV) and regulatory inspection Proficiency with relevant SAP S/4HANA planning and procurement modules, Fiori, or Solution Manager Prior involvement in global ERP transformations within the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry Demonstrated experience supporting global process implementations, system deployments, and business transformation initiatives Ability to travel up to 50% of the time domestically and internationally Core Competencies Demonstrates strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA planning and procurement workflows, with a focus on compliance in GxP-regulated environments. Proven ability to lead global process implementations and support system deployments in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry.
