Machine Operator

Location: Huntington Beach, CA
Pay: $19.00–$20.50 per hour
Shifts: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Opportunities
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Kimco Staffing is partnering with an established manufacturing company in Huntington Beach, CA to hire experienced Machine Operators .

We have opportunities across multiple shifts for candidates with previous experience operating industrial, production, or manufacturing machinery .

The company will provide training on its specific equipment and processes. Candidates should have prior experience working with machinery in a manufacturing or production environment.

Pay & Schedule

1st Shift: $19.00/hour | 6:25 AM–2:30 PM
2nd Shift: $20.00/hour | 2:25 PM–10:30 PM
3rd Shift: $20.50/hour | 10:00 PM–6:30 AM

Schedules are generally Monday–Friday. Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs.

What You'll Do

Operate production and manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.
Set up, start, monitor, and operate equipment according to work instructions.
Monitor machines during production and identify operating or quality issues.
Perform basic equipment checks and report mechanical or safety concerns.
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
Follow production schedules, work instructions, and quality requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all workplace safety procedures.
Assist with other production duties as needed.

Requirements

Previous experience operating industrial, production, or manufacturing machinery.
Ability to learn and operate company-specific equipment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.
Strong attention to safety, quality, and production requirements.
Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to stand and work throughout an 8-hour shift.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work overtime when required based on business needs.
Ability to complete applicable pre-employment requirements consistent with company policy and applicable law.
