Qualifications:

• Experience with K-8 students, preferably supporting elementary grades

• Strong communication, adaptability, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized educational programs for students with Effective Needs
• Provide direct instruction and differentiated support to 2nd and 3rd grade students
• Collaborate with general education staff, therapists, and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate actively in school team meetings, professional development, and IEP processes
