Payer & Market Access Professional for AI Evaluation [Remote]

Apply your payer and market access expertise to improve expert evaluation of commercial drugs and drug-development programs. In this paid pilot, you will create and assess evaluation rubrics grounded in real-world payer behavior.

• Create and critique rubrics used to analyze commercial drugs and drug-development programs.
• Develop and pressure-test gross-to-net and formulary-tier assumptions across drug classes.
• Assess whether coverage, rebating, and tiering assumptions accurately reflect payer behavior.
• Apply this analysis across the pilot''s assigned drugs and drug classes.

• US-based payer or market access professional, or someone with deep US-market experience.
• Familiarity with biotech and pharmaceutical development programs.
• Hands-on experience with gross-to-net, rebates, and formulary tiering by drug class.
• At least 5 years of experience in market access, pricing and reimbursement, or managed markets.

• Remote, hourly independent contractor engagement.
• Approximately 10 to 20 hours of work during a 1 to 2 week pilot.
• Strong contributors may be considered for recurring engagements.

$175 to $200 per hour.

This role requires US-based market access expertise or deep experience in the US market.
