Apply your payer and market access expertise to help evaluate commercial drugs and drug-development programs through expert-designed assessment criteria. This remote pilot focuses on realistic gross-to-net, rebate, coverage, and formulary strategy assumptions across drug classes. Key Responsibilities
- Create and critique evaluation rubrics for commercial drugs and drug-development programs.
- Develop and pressure-test gross-to-net and formulary-tier assumptions by drug class.
- Assess whether coverage, rebating, and tiering assumptions accurately reflect real payer behavior.
- Apply this analysis across the pilot''s set of drugs and drug classes.
- US-based payer or market access professional, or someone with deep US-market experience.
- Familiarity with biotech and pharmaceutical development programs.
- Hands-on experience with gross-to-net, rebates, and formulary tiering by drug class.
- At least 5 years of experience in market access, pricing and reimbursement, or managed markets.
- Remote, hourly engagement.
- Approximately 10 to 20 hours of work over a 1 to 2 week pilot.
- $175 to $200 per hour.
- Help improve expert AI evaluation of drugs and drug-development programs.
- Strong contributors may be considered for recurring engagement.
