Finance Professional for AI Model Training

Role Overview
Apply your finance expertise to improve AI-driven financial applications by providing rigorous, real-world analysis, evaluation, and feedback. This remote, part-time contract role focuses on helping AI systems produce accurate, clear, and professionally relevant financial content. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, review, and edit AI-generated financial content for accuracy, clarity, and relevance.
- Develop, refine, and evaluate prompts involving financial analysis, valuation, and investment decision-making.
- Assess and annotate complex financial data, reports, and model outputs using detailed rubrics and established best practices.
- Write and review technical documentation, investment memos, due-diligence reports, and research summaries.
- Evaluate outputs for logical consistency, robustness, and alignment with professional financial standards.
- Conduct independent research and fact checking to validate information used by AI systems.
- Provide constructive feedback that improves prompt design and model performance for finance use cases.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, equity research, corporate development, investment management, or strategic finance.
- Experience producing investment memos, valuation analyses, financial models, due-diligence reports, or market research.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical reasoning, attention to detail, and quality assurance skills in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
- Excellent written communication, professional editing, technical writing, and business writing abilities.
- Strong problem-solving, independent research, data interpretation, logical reasoning, content review, and fact-checking skills.
- Experience with prompt authoring and refinement, data annotation, rubric-based evaluation, content evaluation, or AI model output evaluation is a strong advantage.
- A master''s degree, JD, MBA, PhD, or other advanced degree is a plus. Applicants from highly selective universities or equivalent academic programs are encouraged to apply.
