Flathead Harbor Resort is looking for dependable Dishwashers to support the Harbor Grille kitchen team. As a Dishwasher, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our kitchen operates efficiently by maintaining clean dishes, cookware, utensils, and work areas so our culinary team can deliver an outstanding dining experience to guests.

• Wash dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment
• Return clean dishes and cookware to designated storage areas
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dishwashing station
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors throughout each shift
• Remove trash and recycling and keep disposal areas clean
• Clean garbage containers and maintain sanitation standards
• Assist with stocking kitchen supplies, utensils, and storage areas
• Help transport supplies between storage and kitchen workstations
• Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation as needed
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations
• Work efficiently during busy meal periods while maintaining attention to detail

• Previous dishwasher, restaurant, hospitality, or kitchen experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Attention to cleanliness and organization
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequently bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Work in a warm, fast-paced kitchen environment
• Safely operate commercial dishwashing equipment and cleaning tools
