Procurement Coordinator

Description Morrison Cup Solutions is a fast-growing Oklahoma City based foodservice packaging company. Our core focus is to make a branded cup the simplest way for America’s mom & pop retailers to market themselves. We are seeking a Procurement Coordinator to join our team and assist with the company’s supply of products and services. The Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for Purchase Order processes from start to finish and ensuring items are purchased at the correct cost and quantity. Responsibilities Enter POs for weekly orders and drop ship orders that come in and verify POs with confirmations from vendors Receive product deliveries in system and follow up with vendors concerning back-ordered POs Make appointments for inbound deliveries and record estimated deliveries Match product invoices to receiving and POs and communicate when drop ship orders can be invoiced Verifying all open POs are valid and follow up on late orders in a timely manner Set up products and review product set ups in system Update vendors lead times, product replacements, and enter new forecasts for new products Maintain relationships with vendors Enter work orders into ERP systemAssist warehouse with processing paperwork and entering in ERP as needed Assist with item maintenance in ERP Filing PO and assist in maintaining PO book Skills College degree in any business function is a plus Work experience in procurement, supply chain, and/or logistics is a plus Strong organizational skills and communication skills Talent in maintaining and building relationships with suppliers Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, and AV (ERP system) is a plus Fluent in English; Chinese and/or Spanish a plus Full-time position, but willing to work with the right candidate if part-time schedule is needed Benefits Medical Dental Vision Retirement 401K with up to 4% match Paid vacation and sick days Annual bonuses based on job performance Advancement opportunities available #J-18808-Ljbffr Paylocity
