Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and family therapy to clients utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' challenges and develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs.
\n
• Document therapy sessions and client progress utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) software while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
\n
• Engage in regular consultation and collaboration with team members to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
\n
• Provide telehealth and in-person therapy sessions, adapting approaches as appropriate for different modalities.
\n
• Facilitate support groups and workshops as necessary to encourage community engagement and learning.
\n
• Travel to the outpatient office for in-person sessions and meetings as required.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Studies, or a related field from an accredited program.

• An active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Arizona.
\n
• Fluency in both English and Spanish; strong written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• At least two years of experience in a mental health setting, particularly with children, adolescents, and families.
\n
• Ability to demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity to diverse client backgrounds.
\n
• Understanding of confidentiality requirements, including compliance with HIPAA standards.
\n
• Willingness to provide services as an in-network provider for insurance panels.
\n
• Proficient in the use of EHR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
\n
• Possession of a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as trauma recovery, LGBTQ+ issues, grief and loss, or perinatal mental health.

• Experience providing group therapy or facilitating support groups.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to apply short-term therapy techniques effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, new hires are eligible for a sign-in bonus upon joining our team. We offer flexible scheduling options, including the requirement to work at least two evenings per week and one weekend day, allowing for a better work-life balance.
