Assembler
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Assembler to join our team. The role involves assembling various company systems, primarily focused on the E-commerce industry, such as conveyor belts. The work schedule is from 6:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Saturday.
Responsibilities
- Assemble company systems mainly for the E-commerce industry, including conveyor belts.
- Insert rods into hand presses.
- Follow written work instructions and complete required quality documents.
- Label and place stickers on conveyors.
- Accurately post transactions using shop floor data collection devices.
- Interpret basic drawings and instructions.
- Utilize hand and power tools to assemble products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during assembly.
- Perform repetitive and monotonous assembly tasks.
Essential Skills
- Experience with assembly and mechanical tasks.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in construction, marine repair, or machine operation is advantageous.
- Familiarity with assembly line processes.

Work Environment
The work environment is clean and well-lit. Employees are regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. Occasionally, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling may be required. The position requires regularly lifting and moving up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 100 pounds.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Port Clinton, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
