Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in acute, medical, ICU, and inpatient rehab units.
• Utilize Epic charting system to document patient progress and treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions, including functional activities and edema massage.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety protocols.
• Adapt quickly to dynamic caseloads and diverse patient needs.

Qualifications

• Valid WA occupational therapy license in hand.
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience required.
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
• Proficient in functional splinting, kinesiotaping, and orthoplast usage.
• Ability to work independently in a diverse clinical environment.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills required.
