Position Type: Full-Time (36 Hours/Week) Shift: Night Shift (12-Hour Shifts) Location: Seattle, WA Hiring Bonus: $15,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible external candidates

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join a premier hospital delivery unit. In this role, you will apply specialized training and clinical skills to provide compassionate, high-quality, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities

• Nursing Professional Practice: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Develop, update, and coordinate individualized plans of care to optimize patient outcomes and transitions across the care continuum. Monitor, record, and communicate clinical conditions effectively.

• Patient Advocacy: Actively advocate for ethical, holistic, patient-centered care, promoting patient autonomy, dignity, rights, and values.

• Learning & Mentorship: Foster a supportive learning environment for patients, families, student nurses, and interprofessional care team members.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

• Active Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) License upon hire.

• BLS Certification (American Heart Association) upon hire.

• NRP Certification (American Academy of Pediatrics) upon hire.

• Minimum 1+ years of dedicated post-licensure RN experience in Labor & Delivery (L&D). (Note: Nursing school clinical rotations and residency programs do not meet this requirement).

Preferred Qualifications:

• National Specialty Certification in Obstetric/L&D Nursing upon hire.

Compensation & Details

• Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $190,000 / year (commensurate with experience)

• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 for eligible candidates
