HVAC Equipment Commercial Systems Specialist

What you will do Pre-Sales Support Conduct market research and competitor analysis to assist sales strategy. Leverage the regional sales team and manufacturing support resources to build a strong network of technical and business professionals. Participate in all product-related training and provide timely updates to the team regarding product and manufacturing changes. Maintain commercial models, documentation, and related activities. Sales Enablement Prepare timely, accurate, and complete commercial HVAC equipment proposals. Provide value-added recommendations or value-engineered alternatives to support sales opportunities. Ensure compliance with commercial policies and applicable regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate commercial data across tools such as Solution Navigator, Salesforce, and other enterprise platforms. Prepare reports, forecasts, and dashboards to support sales management decision-making. Commercial Operations Support Streamline commercial workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy. Coordinate with local operations teams to support smooth order fulfillment and on-time delivery. Maintain contract documentation, manage customer communication, and ensure proper contract setup and loading within internal systems. Oversee post-bid activities, including on-site technical support where required. What we look for BS in Engineering or related discipline. 3 years HVAC Industry Experience or related.
