Position Summary

The BDC Agent serves as the first point of contact for many customers and supports the sales department through customer communication, appointment scheduling, and follow-up activities. This position helps ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining consistent communication, managing customer information, and supporting daily sales operations.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, customer-focused, and comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email, and in person.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries.
• Welcome and assist visitors arriving at the office.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the sales team.
• Conduct follow-up calls and emails with customers and prospects.
• Maintain accurate customer information within company systems.
• Assist with customer communications and correspondence.
• Support sales team members with administrative tasks and customer follow-up.
• Monitor and track customer interactions to ensure timely responses.
• Coordinate with internal departments to assist with customer requests.
• Maintain a professional and positive customer experience.
• Perform additional administrative and customer service duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service, receptionist, administrative, or sales support experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
