Routing Manager

Position Summary The Routing Manager is responsible for scheduling, and distribution of all service work orders. This position also provides checks and balances to ensure proper addresses are serviced. Primary Responsibilities * Schedule services to be scheduled for highest efficiency, completion date, sale date, and customer request. * Works with Branch Management Team and route managers to ensure all scheduled services are completed within appropriate service intervals and company production goals are met.

• Create routes based upon customer density and geographic area.
• Communicate with customers as necessary to assist with scheduling or other

issues. * Remain in contact with route managers throughout the day to help with their needs to include but not be limited to: additional work, customer contact, service area, and other communication works. * Utilize Real Green reports and Pro Variance to monitor service availability and holds to make sure sales goals are met. Required Qualifications / Attributes

• Excellent customer service
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to communicate well across all levels of the organization
• Good computer skills
• Knowledge of Virginia Green Lawn Care’s Real Green system

Education and Experience

• Lawn care experience preferred
• Proficiency with software applications and logistics

Minimum Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods
• Ability to use computer keyboard and monitor for extended periods
