Bilingual Collections Specialist (English/Spanish)

The Pay-O-Matic Corporation is seeking a Customer Accounts Recovery Specialist in Queens, NY. This in‑person full‑time role provides primary support to the Collections Department and secondarily to Check Verification, handling calls, correspondence, and data entry to reduce delinquency while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include processing mail and faxes, maintaining accounts, and supporting policy adherence.
