- Radius: 60 MILES, DL must be submitted
- Week of orientation: Please ensure clinicians are in state for week of orientation even if first day modules are remote
Required Certifications BLS, CRCST or CBSPD
Common Cases Ortho, Spine, Robot, General, Urology, Gyn, ENT
Department covered/ #suits 9
Experience or 'Must have' skills 1 year of SPD experience, utlizing ultrasonic, decon, assemly, VPRO
Duties Assembly, decontamination, sterilization
Common equipment to disinfect/common supplies to sterilize Typical OR instrumentation
Manager/Lead Tech Lynnette Burgard, Manager. Rosa and Brandon, SPD leads
Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) 4x10 shifts - evenings: 1300-2300 and days 0600-1630
Weeknight/Call Requirements Call is 24 hours Saturday and Sunday every 8 weeks
Weekend/Call Requirements Call is 24 hours Saturday and Sunday every 8 weeks
Holiday/Call Requirements Self Scheduling
What is call response time? 30 minutes
Floating Requirements None
Scrub Color/Dress Code blue (ceil)
