Title Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator Job Description Greet and interact warmly with patients, answering questions and providing treatment information Coordinate orthodontic treatment plans between patients and clinical staff Manage scheduling and confirm appointments at both Redmond and Seattle offices Assist with financial arrangements and documentation Communicate treatment progress and follow-up requirements to patients and families Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with office protocols Collaborate closely with front office and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient flow Salary Range full-time $29 - $37 per hour - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
