We are seeking an experienced Workers Compensation Attorney to join one of the Midwest's most respected law firms. Working autonomously and in collaboration with other attorneys, you will handle Kansas workers compensation claims from inception through resolution. Responsibilities
- Evaluate and defend workers compensation claims throughout the legal process
- Represent clients in court proceedings
- Work effectively with judges and opposing counsel
- Prepare for trials with thorough analysis and documentation
- Advise and counsel clients
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in workers compensation and/or related matters
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Licensed to practice law in Kansas
