Sr Client Service Specialist, Commercial Risk - Insurance Advisory Solutions, Mid-Atlantic Region

Responsibilities Gather client information and develop risk‑management recommendations for renewals, delivering renewals and/or binders as needed. Manage all policy‑activity aspects of assigned accounts, including endorsements and invoicing. Present new business and renewal risks to the insurance marketplace for quoting. Maintain timeliness and completeness in interactions with clients, the organization, and insurance company partners to minimize potential for errors and omissions claims. Develop a deep understanding of assigned accounts and placement strategy. Cultivate strong relationships with insurance company partners and understand carrier requirements and attributes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2+ years of relevant experience. Current P&C license as required by state insurance departments. Demonstrated effective presentation skills through verbal and written communication. Excellent client service and problem‑solving skills. Comfortable working in a team environment. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; ability to learn other relevant software programs. Alignment with the organization’s core values and corporate culture. Special Working Conditions Fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment. Hybrid work model: expectation of office presence three (3) days per week, with remaining days remote; specific in‑office days may vary by team and business needs. Salary & Benefits Starting salary $55,000+ (negotiable at the time of offer).
