We have an immediate opening for a Project Coordinator located at our Boise Idaho facility in Division 10 Specialties. Role Overview As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting project managers and ensuring smooth execution of specialties projects from start to finish. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities. Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and progress reports. Monitor project timelines and budgets, reporting any variances to the project manager. Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations. Qualifications Previous experience in project coordination, preferably in the glass and glazing or construction industry, but not required Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
