Executive Director, Patient Experience

For our client, we are seeking a Executive Director, Patient Experience to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This leader will shape the vision and strategy for a patient experience center of excellence, with a strong focus on improving journey design across therapeutic areas. The role partners closely with brand leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, strengthen governance, and deliver a more cohesive patient and HCP experience. It also includes leading and developing the patient experience leadership team while supporting portfolio needs across the business.
