Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Oregon, or eligibility to obtain prior to the school year
• Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred (will consider strong clinical backgrounds with pediatric focus)
• Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and documentation
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Proficiency with a variety of assessment tools relevant to pediatric populations
• Ability to adapt interventions to a diverse range of disabilities and ages (K-12)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students’ occupational therapy needs across grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans as outlined in IEPs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administration, and families to support student growth
• Serve as an integral team member at IEP meetings, delivering insight and recommendations
• Track progress and document services in accordance with state and district guidelines
• Provide training and resources to school staff regarding accommodations and strategies
