A rewarding opportunity is available for a certified Physical Therapist seeking a school-based contract position in a dynamic K-12 educational environment near Silverton, OR. This full-time, onsite role spans from September 8, 2026, to December 18, 2026, providing essential maternity leave coverage with an engaging itinerant caseload across multiple school sites.

As a valued Physical Therapist, you’ll work directly with students and collaborate with education teams, supporting diverse needs and helping each child reach their fullest potential. This position is exclusively onsite and is not open to virtual or teletherapy applicants.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license and certification in Oregon (OR)
• Experience working in school settings, preferably with K-12 populations
• Comfortable managing an itinerant caseload across multiple sites
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
• Must provide contact information for three most recent supervisor references for consideration

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to students as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments, develop therapy goals, and document progress
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student success
• Travel to various school sites as required; reliable transportation essential
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate records and comply with school policies and state regulations
