Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding contract position supporting local students as a Physical Therapist in a dynamic educational environment. Beginning September 8, 2026, and continuing through December 18, 2026, you’ll serve K-12 students in an onsite-only role, covering a maternity leave across multiple campuses. This full-time, itinerant opportunity immerses you in diverse learning settings—collaborating with staff and families to help every student thrive.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold an active Physical Therapist license or certification for the state of Oregon
• Experience or comfort serving school-aged children (K-12) in educational or pediatric settings
• Capacity to travel between sites as this is an itinerant position (not eligible for teletherapy)
• Strong assessment, documentation, and teamwork skills
• Must be able to provide contact information for your three most recent supervisory references

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to students, evaluating needs and developing individualized treatment plans
• Work closely with teachers, educational teams, and families, ensuring integrated support for each student
• Document progress toward goals, maintaining compliance with all relevant educational and licensure standards
• Adapt sessions for a range of motor, mobility, and access challenges seen throughout K-12 populations
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed and provide consultative support to staff
